About 28A Green Street
The College owns two undergraduate properties on Green Street – 27 and 28A. Green Street is a few seconds away from the main college site and therefore enjoys a very central location. Sainsbury’s is located at the end of Green Street which comes in handy when carrying heavy shopping bags!
Rooms either face onto Green Street or onto the back of Rose Crescent.
Noise can occasionally be an issue early in the morning as delivery lorries use the street, however, this varies from room to room – reading the individual room reviews and visiting the room is (as with all rooms) therefore strongly advised.
Please note – if you are considering choosing a room in the centre of town then be sure to find out about noise levels in the room before selecting it. Whilst some rooms have double glazing, others do not and this may influence your choice of room.
