Could swing something between a cat and a sheep (~1.4 HC).
Overlooking a court or garden.
- Noise
“Not many street noises, but music from La Razza can be heard quite clearly. Also, can hear the intercom noise very loud from whatever room it s ringing in.” (Jan 2008)
“Early in the morning on weekends ie 9am, the shop bellow plays aweful classical music... sometimes there is some noise from La Raza at night but quite muffled and doens't effect me.” (Feb 2007)
“Directly above La Rasa (the musics not too bad though, only faint), you're by the door (not too bad either). The room itself seems sound proof, you can play very very loud music with no neighbours to annoy.” (Jan 2004)

“Quite big and clean, ours is the one with the washing machien which is useful, although does mean it can get full of wet clothes.” (Feb 2007)

“Excellent 3 showers on corridor, one bath, 3 toilets for 11 ppl. Best thing about RC, they installed a new shower last week and its the best shower i have had since being at uni.” (Feb 2007)

“Big desk, two comfy chairs, one desk chair, one dining room chair, quite a good bed... not too soft, tons of shelving all along wall next to desk, wadrobe, chest of drawers.” (Feb 2007)

- Best Feature
“Nice shape (there are a few steps separating the room into two spaces). Great location.” (Jan 2008)
“Its essentially a double room as it has a little wall and some steps between the 'bedroom' and the living room. The skylight is good too.” (Feb 2007)
“The bedroom is a bit seperate from the lounge/study by a few stairs and a semi divder. Its both two single areas and one big room at the same time.” (Jan 2004)

“The view is over the McDonalds and Gardies extractor fan so cannot open window during the day, may get very uncomfortable in summer.” (Feb 2007)
“Its not huge but I don't mind the size at all because of the fact that its split. Quite a few people have said its the second best room in RC (after 24) ..depends on your perspective really.” (Jan 2004)
