- Noise
“A lot of noise if you leave the windows open, but the double glazing works really well. It's only really a problem trying to go to sleep between 2 and 3am - overall, really not that bad.” (Feb 2007)
“1 of the two nearest rooms to gardies so there is some noise at night. not too bad though as the room is 2 floors above ground level.” (Jan 2006)

“Right next to the room. 2 pretty pathetic hobbs, smallish fridge, lots of cupboard space and big work surface” (Feb 2007)

“Brilliant - directly accross the hallway. Two bathrooms with toilet and shower each, one of them's fairly large.” (Feb 2007)

“Largish desk with lots of drawers, chest of drawers with mirror, quite a large wardrobe with full length mirror, comfeyish chair, swivel chair, coffee table, random small table, bedside table, lots of shelves but none large enough to stand a4 folders up in.” (Feb 2007)

“Lovely location. Has lots of open floor space. V close to gyp room and bathrooms. Completely separate from college. good for second year accomodation.” (Feb 2007)
“Two biggish windows let a lot of light in. Its a big room. Not as curved as most rooms in rose crescent.” (Jan 2006)
- Worst Feature
“Could do much better for 3rd year accomodation - only one room and no sink. ONLY 1 WASHING MACHINE FOR 17 PEOPLE - I have to go to St.Mikes as it's never free.” (Feb 2007)
“The noise can be annoying but not as bad as people make out. The desk and wardrobe are fairly small. Gammy radiators- turn them on just a bit and the room heats up very quickly.” (Jan 2006)

“Lots of sunlight, but can be seen by people on rose crescent with curtains open. Generally really nice room, but the lack of sufficient washing machines is a big problem.” (Feb 2007)
