Mortimer Road is located about 10 minutes (by foot) from the Old Courts main site across Parker’s Piece. The houses are grouped in pairs (1&2, 3&4, 4&5, 6&7 and 7&8) and each ‘pair’ is connected by a corridor.
The rooms are generally very spacious and have large windows which allows for lots of natural light and the gyp rooms are, on the whole, large and modern.
Laundry facilities are located in the garage of house 2 and each house has a bike shed in the garden so bikes do not need to be left on the street.
Each house also has a small garden which can be used by students
Please note – Despite the fact that Mortimer Road and Glisson Road are residential areas, rooms can sometimes be affected by noise caused by traffic etc. It is recommended that you find out about noise levels in a room before selecting it as this may influence your choice of room.
