- Noise
“Quite a lot of noise on friday and saturday night due to gardies, mcdonalds and the van of life on rose crescent. Great for late night food though!” (Jan 2008)
“Noise from the van of life at night but there's double glazing and it doesn't bother me too much.” (Feb 2006)
“Can be quite noisy at pub kicking out times, but is usually just drunken students creating noise. There is double glazing though so it's not too bad.” (Jan 2004)
- Gyp Room
“Decent size, shared by 5 people, cupboard size a little bit limited though.” (Jan 2008)
“Gas hobs. Two sinks but very little work top space.” (Feb 2006)
“Gyp room is on the same floor, reasonably large with three big gas rings which are good for cooking on. Shared between five, only problem is lack of surfaces to use.” (Jan 2004)

“Shower again shared between 5, right next to the room. Bath downstairs.” (Jan 2008)
“Pretty poor- we share our shower with 9 people because downstairs only have a bath.” (Feb 2006)
“Shower and toilet are just around the corner from our room. Shared between five again, but downstairs people use our shower too as they only have a bath.” (Jan 2004)
- Furniture
“Bedroom: Large desk, bed, chest of drawers, basin, tiny bookcase Living Room: Sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table, coffee table, about 5 chairs, 2 large bookcases, 2 large cupboards, tv table, gas fire” (Jan 2008)
“Average desk, dining table, sofa (quite solid but still good).” (Feb 2006)
“Have a nice round table for eating, sofa, comfy armchair and lots of cupboard space in the living room. Bedroom has a reasonably sized desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc..” (Jan 2004)
- Best Feature
“Without doubt the huge living room shared by G10* and G10**. Its great for having people round, really sociable. Would be easy to have a lot of people round for a proper meal if you wanted. Also great for lazing about during the day, it even has its own network socket (in addition to one in each bedroom). Also sharing with a friend is pretty cool!” (Jan 2008)
“There are two of you sharing so it's not lonely but it is big. V good party room. Dining table is wicked.” (Feb 2006)
“It's fun sharing a huge living room, but having your own space too.” (Jan 2004)
- Worst Feature
“G10** bedroom quite small so desk is cramped. G10* considerably bigger so doesn't have the same problem. Same with noise, as G10* looks over St Mike's” (Jan 2008)
“It can get quite dark. The lighting is pretty poor.” (Feb 2006)
“Can be a bit noisy and doesn't have a great view!” (Jan 2004)
- General Comments
“There is absolutely masses of storage space here, especially if you are used to morty road. This room may be getting refurbished in the near future so watch this space. In the past the person who first chooses G10*/G10** then gets to pull a nominated friend up the ballot to have the other room, but check if this is still the case.” (Jan 2008)
“-Bedder is v good. -Lots of storage space. -gas fire -gets quite dark because it is low down and surronded by buildings” (Feb 2006)
“Carpet is supposed to be being refitted as there's an iron mark on the floor.... Not enough sockets, but generally is nice.” (Jan 2004)
